Account limits: Memberships and pricing

Hi there, I was wondering if it would be possible to have a phone call in regards to the membership and pricing as i thought i would be able to utilize the free membership but i have my clients trying to sign the documents and they are receiving the following

how do I have a membership where I can get submissions without my clients having this pop up, also how many submissions is it per month and is it per 25 submissions per document or 25 submissions per month

In any case, I checked your account but I did not find anything in your account's limits that would cause the form over quota error to appear. Can you share with us the link to the form where this is happening so we can check? This way we'll be able to understand what's happening and explain to you how to resolve it.

I checked the forms and all of them are under your account. All of them are also showing up the forms correctly and I don't see the over quota notices. Are you still having issues with viewing your forms? If so, do you have the forms embedded on a web page?

About the limits, the number of submissions that a Starter user can receive is 100 regular submissions per month. It does not matter which form the submission has been received. All submissions will be cumulative and will be accounted for under the account.

For Jotform Sign or Forms that use Sign Automation, the number of submissions that a Starter user can receive per month is 10.
