How to allow reviewing answers before submission?

Another issue we need to fix.

We would like to allow people to review their form before submitting. I follow the below instructions but the Review Before Submit is not an option

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click the Show More Options button.
3. Scroll down to the Review Before Submit option and set it to “Yes

The instructions you shared are only applicable on forms that use the Card Form layout. Your form, on the other hand, is in the Classic layout, so you'll need the Review Before Submit widget to allow your form responders to review their answers before submitting the form. Here's how to add that widget:

1. Click on the + Add Form Elements button in the upper left of the Form Builder.
2. Go to the Widgets tab of the Form Elements menu.
3. Drag and drop the Review Before Submit widget to your form.
4. Here's what the form looks like upon submission.
