    Hello

The PDF attachment when people complete our jotform is not displaying all of the entries and the formatting is wrong. Can you please tell me how I can fix this?

Another issue we need to fix.

We would like to allow people to review their form before submitting. I follow the below instructions but the Review Before Submit is not an option

    Let me show you how:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click the Show More Options button.
    3. Scroll down to the Review Before Submit option and set it to “Yes

Also some people are not receiving their email copies. We have checked the email address and that they are not going to SPAM.

Is there another explanation for this.

    Hello Julie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, your screenshot didn't come through, but I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. Since there are multiple fields affected, I recommend deleting the current PDF template to automatically generate a new PDF template. New PDF templates/documents, by default, contain all form fields. Let me walk you through how to do that:

    1. Select the form from the home page.
    2. Expand the More option.
    3. Select Open PDF Editor from the menu.PDF output doesnt contain all form fields Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. Click the three dots beside the tab name.
    5. Select Delete from the menu.PDF output doesnt contain all form fields Image 2 Screenshot 61
    6. Click the Yes, Delete button on the modal. PDF output doesnt contain all form fields Image 3 Screenshot 72
    7. Here's what the PDF output looks like afterward. PDF output doesnt contain all form fields Image 4 Screenshot 83

You can still customize the appearance of the PDF output from the PDF Editor to your liking, but let us know more about the look you're trying to achieve if you need further assistance. As for your other question, to avoid confusion, I moved that to a new thread, you can check out our answer to that here.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
