tengo un formulario y Formulario Contigencia IT - Jotform Form Builder y marca el siguiente error, me marca error Only one entry is allowed no se como solucionarlo.

Now, coming back to your question, I have cloned and tested your form, and I was able to submit twice and the error "Only one entry is allowed "is not showing. I also cleared the form cache on your form in our end to help minimize the errors caused by the piled-up cache in your forms. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
