Hi,
I find the free structure outline of "100 Monthly Submissions" misleading as I have just received an email advising I am about to reach my form limit!
We have only dont tests so far not realising that there was an additional limit for signed documents.
Please advise if you can reset.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your concern regarding the submission limits. The limit for normal submissions and signed documents are indeed separate, as detailed in our guide. The "100 Monthly Submissions" refers to regular form submissions, while there is an additional limit specifically for signed documents.
Please note that these limits reset at midnight (UTC) on the first day of each month. Unfortunately, we cannot reset the limits manually. If you require higher limits, you may want to consider upgrading your plan.
