Trying to verify my account for a purchase

    Hello,

    I'm trying to verify my account for a purchase, but the website kept changing the number that I was typing in from "29" to "28" and now I'm locked out and can't verify. Please help.

    Hi Marina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the form that you're filling up? I checked the email address you used in creating this thread but it's not associated with a Jotform account. It is only a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You can Sign Up for free to continue using Jotform.

    If you are referring to another email address, can you share it with us so we can check?
