HI, there is an item not printing on our confirmation page. How can i get this resolved.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share more details about the issue? Which item isn't showing, and where do you want the item in question to be displayed? Are you referring to the Thank You Page, Notification Email, or Autoresponder Email? It'll also help if you can share a screenshot of the issue, let me walk you through how to do that:
- Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.
- Click on the Add Image icon on the toolbar in the Your Answer section.
- Paste a link to an image or upload a screenshot from your computer.
- Click on the Add button on the modal.
- Click the Post Answer button to send your reply.
Once we have a better idea of the issue, we can move forward with the solution.
- Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.
