Missing forms and submissions.

    There are a couple of forms that disappeared from my Inbox. How do I get them back? They are not in any other folder.


    I received the email from my clients who sent me the completed form, but the record does not appear in the inbox or in the tables.


    The last record I have is from 05/28/2024. The lost records are dated 06/26/2024

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you provide us with the URL of the forms that are missing? If your clients were able to fill it out, they might have a copy of the URL as well. Also, can you check the history logs of your account and check what might've changed? Here's how to do it:

    1. Go to your Account Settings.
    2. In the left panel, click on the History tab.
    3. You can adjust the filter for the length of time you'd like the logs to show.

    I'm so sorry... I was confused with the form. I took another form. But thank you for your answer
