Embedding Calendly in Jotform Post-Submission

    Hi Jotform Team,

I have a lead capture form embedded on our landing page works great! However, I am trying to display Calendly after the submit button is pressed. While this currently works, the issue is that it redirects the entire page instead of loading Calendly within the same iframe where the form is embedded.

    Issues:

    1. The page redirects on submit, navigating to a new page instead of loading within the same iframe.
    2. Integrating Calendly into the form moves the submit button until after Calendly, which disrupts the form flow. The submit button needs to remain on the initial form and still transition to Calendly smoothly.

    Possible Solutions:

    • Enable form submission before the end of the form while still moving to the next page.
    • Allow transitioning to a new form within the same iframe upon redirect.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After submission, the form will redirect you to the Thank You page. That is the expected behavior. Is your form embedded on a website? Can you share with us the website link? If not, can you share the form URL instead so we can also check?

It would also be helpful if you could share with us a screen recording of what you want to achieve so we can understand it better. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
