Authorize.net: Error During Transaction 'The transaction has been approved'

    After months of testing and finalising purchasing the paid version of jotform, this is a new error for me.



    I have a form https://form.jotform.com/241425709535054 that is intended to be event registration. It is connected/integrated into two systems authorize.net & Salesforce


    This error seems only to send payment data to authorize.net but all other form data is not saved by jotform and as a result, the data is never sent to salesforce.


    Since authorize.net is receiving payment information, I'm assuming this error is happening within Jotform, but I have not idea what is causing it or how to fix it
