I am creating a form with a multiple choice field (positions). I need each choice to be a separate column in the table because I use that table to import into a database. How can I do this?

    Hi Rob,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want the choices to be in different columns, you would have to separate them. Make each option the only choice in a multiple choice question. Here's how to do it:

    • Right-click on the Positions field and select Duplicate.
    • Remove the other choices so each question will have 1 choice.
    • Do this to each of the options.

You can then use a Paragraph element to add the title:

    • Add a Paragraph element.
    • Enter the question title.
    • Click on Save when you're done.
