Adding employees so they can receive form responses

Hello! is there a way to add employees on so they can see the responses of the jotform?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, it’s easy to send Notification Emails to more than one person. The feature is only available to paid subscriptions. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:

The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
• Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.

The second way is to add a new Notification Email:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

• Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
• Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.
