My forms are locked. I am NOT a HIPPA entity. Please restore my access to my forms!!!

Hello Barabara,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Enterprise Support. I checked the status of the forms on your Jotform account and confirmed they were locked because of HIPAA. Since you are not a HIPAA-covered entity, please follow the steps below:
1. On the My Forms page, click the avatar/image icon on the upper right side.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click on Data on the left side.
4. Then select NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity in the modal.
If you did not see the modal, can you try clicking this link to load the HIPAA modal again? Please choose NO, I’m not a HIPAA-covered entity.
You need to wait for 30 minutes for the approval process in our system then log back in to enable the form in your form settings.
