I get 10 submissions a month, with it being the second of the month I haven’t used any submissions and it says that I’m maxed out?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue. I checked your account and see that Submissions tracker have already been reset. Can you please check if the limit on submissions is replenished? But I will reach out to the relevant department about this issue, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an update.
