Can I connect the Appointment and Product List?

 I want to limit the number of people that can come for an appt but still allow one person to book the appoint and pay. Even if I set the max attendees for the appointment, I am still able to choose more than that when I go to the product list. How do I get these two parts to see one another?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can achieve this by using Conditional Logic. Let me show you how you can connect Appointment and Product list:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that appears on the left side of the screen, click on Conditions.

3. Click on Add Conditions, and click on Enable/Require/Mask Field.

4. Now, create a conditions like given in the screenshot below.

You'll need to add your all appointment dates in the condition under Value. Make sure you use comma (,) between the appointment date.
