No forms found in the account

    I need to speak with representative; I don't have account forms pages that comes up.

    I need to change account name, and payment for this subscription. I would like a call back from a person if possible. Thank you Cindy Anderson

    I checked the email address you used in creating this thread but it's not associated with a Jotform account. It is only a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You can Sign Up for free to continue using Jotform.

    If you are referring to another email address, can you share it with us so we can check on it?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    That's the problem - I cannot access anything and I will not and do not have time to sign up as a guest. Someone, if business is important, should respond to me via e mail.

    Hi Cindy,

    I checked the email address you used in creating this thread and I only found two guest accounts associated to your email address. The first one was created in May last year and the second account was just created yesterday. Can you confirm if the account you're referring to is linked to another email address? If you happened to forget the email address or other login credentials, can you share to us a link from one of your forms so we can check it out and find your account?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Cindy,

    I can see the email address: planning@minneapolisparks.org is associated with the Bronze subscription, this account has six forms, and they are active In order to change the username and the payment details, you will need to log into that Jotform account and then send us the request so, we can remove the card from our end. Or if you are not the owner of this account then you will need to contact the account owner to reach out to us and let us know their requirements, and we will be able to help them out.
