Email addresses added to Bounce List.

    The following contacts are no longer receiving automated emails after the form "EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION" is submitted. Appears to have stopped on 6/18/2024. I can see that they are being submitted. But not being emailed to the following.

    contact@12growon.com, deanna.smith@12growon.com, hr@12growon.com


    Nothing was changed to the form before 6/18/2024.

    I tried deleting the contacts and adding them back to the form.

    Tested it out, and still none of the following received an email.

    contact@12growon.com, deanna.smith@12growon.com, hr@12growon.com


    Also made sure the payment info was updated.

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and saw that all three email addresses were added to our Bounce List. When an email address is added to the bounce list, it could be due to your mail server being unavailable, your email server has rejected the emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full or Jotform is on your blacklist. But no worries, I've already removed all of them from the list, so they should be able to receive emails from Jotform again.

    If an email address is constantly being added to the bounce list, we recommend setting up SMTP for your form. We also suggest adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email Contact List to prevent email bouncing related issues.
