I still don’t quite understand the terminology used for each plan. Does the form limit refer to the number of jotforms I can create each month? And monthly submissions does that refer to how many people can fill out the jotform each month?

    Hi Tagg,

Note that the only difference between the plans is the usage limits. Form limit is the number of active forms that you can use or create in your account. Monthly submission limit, this is the maximum amount of submissions you can receive each month. You can find out what these features mean below:

    • Monthly Submissions - The total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms.
    • Monthly Payment Submissions - The total number of completed payments from forms with payment processor integration.
    • Monthly Signed Documents -The total number of signing processes completed, from all your Sign documents, your account can have every month.
    • Upload Space - The available storage space for file uploads.
    • Forms Limit - The number of active forms.
    • Total Submission Storage - The total number of form entries you can store in your account.
    • Monthly Form Views - The number of impressions or times your forms can be viewed.
    • Fields per Form - The maximum number of form elements for each form.
    • Features that help with HIPAA Compliance — Available only on Gold and Enterprise plans.
    • Jotform Branding - Appears at the bottom of the forms. The option to remove the branding is available once you have a paid subscription.
