Why my account is suspended?

    Hello,

    Why was my account suspended, and is this something that often happens? Please reactivate my account as soon as possible. This situation is very off-putting and making me reconsider my subscription, as I sent in a request at 9:40 AM and have yet to hear anything back in over two hours. Additionally, I was not given any prior reasoning for why it was suspended.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that your form 241793485982069, 241825618227055 was flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 16532831 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them.
