Our jotform is embedded into our website, as a job application form. We have been receiving submissions for several months no problem. All of the sudden, it stopped working? When I go on my phone, it lets me view the form but doesn't allow the form to actually be submitted.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form and tested it on my end, and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screen recording.
Could you share with us the link of your website where the form is embedded so that we can check it out? Also, would you allow us to perform a test submission on the form?

It's working again... It literally started working as again right after I sent that question in. I'm confused where the issue was though

Hi Bella,
The cause might be due to form cache which I have cleared when I replied to this thread. It is a good practice to clear your form cache from time to time. Here's how to do it:
1. In Settings, click on Clear Cache.
