How to filter the date of submissions?

    Good morning,

We use jotforms for our carpool forms.

Is there a way to save and somehow archive the results from last year so we have the data, but then clear the results so when we export the data it will only give us this year's responses?

    Thanks!

    G.G.

    Hi Golda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you want to access the submissions for this year only but still want to save your submissions from last year, right? If that's what you're trying to do, you can filter your form submissions. It's really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your My Forms page and Tick the box of the form that you want to get the submissions.
    2. Click Submissions from the top bar menu. How to filter the date of submissions? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. Beside the search bar, click on Filter.
    4. Then, change All Time to This Year. How to filter the date of submissions? Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. Click Apply Filter. How to filter the date of submissions? Image 3 Screenshot 62

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better? Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
