Dropdown not working with Asana integration.

Hello. I just added the custom fields in Asana and then added them to the Jotform ( 1. Room- 10. Room ). When I did a test only 3. Room and 10. Room worked on the integration to Asana. After the first test, I deleted the integration and then set it back up from scratch. I tested it again and the same thing happened again.

Can you tell me why the rest of those are not working and they are the exact same on both sides?

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and the Asana Integration was not connected to your form. Did you remove the Integration? If yes, test your Integration again and see if the issue persists in your form and the Asana Integration. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid.

Check out this guide on how to Create Tasks in Asana with Jotform Submissions.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi there. I just did another test. The integration was working before and it's still working now. We have the same errors as before except now it's worse since we only have 3. Room instead of 3 and 10. room like at first.

Please escalate this at your earliest convenience.

    Hi Michael,

Can you try to remove the integration and add it back again? This will help in refreshing the connection between the form and the integration. Also, make sure that the fields that you mapped support the data from Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Now, click on Integrations in the left panel.
    3. Next, click on Asana, Now, click on Remove Integration button.
    4. Finally, click on Yes, Remove button on the pop-up. Then reintegrate it back.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Michael,

To ensure that both ends' connection is fully refreshed, aside from reconnecting the integration through Jotform, have you tried re-adding the custom fields that you have made in Asana? This is to make sure that the added custom fields are being read by Jotform's integration.

If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
