How to Add More Recipients in the Form with Starter?

I have a public notice jotform that I want multiple elected officials to recieve when someone signs and submits the jotform. How do I add a recipient email list?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add additional recipients to be notified when someone completes your form. However, multiple recipients are available for paid users because Starter Plan is limited to one recipient only. You must upgrade your account, and once you do. You can easily add additional recipients to the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the Pencil icon.
4. Go to the Recipients tab. Here you can change the Recipient Email or add more emails.
5. Click Save to save your changes.

Any of the paid subscriptions offer a maximum of 10 email recipients. If you are adding more than 10 email recipients, you can create a second Notification Email, and add the rest of the Email Recipients there. Let me show you how:

3. Now, click on Add an Email. 

4. Select Notification Email.

5. Click on the Recipients tab.

6. Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.

Is there a limit on how many recipients emails can receive the jotform each time someone completes my jotform? There will be in excess of 100 email addresses each completed jotform will be sent too. Hi Tagg,

We have a regulation that limits the number of emails sent out. This is to prevent spammers from using our service. For Starter accounts, you can send out 20 email notifications every hour. Paid accounts can send up to 100 notifications every hour, with a maximum of 1000 emails per day.
