How to Upload a File into the Form?

I know I can create a "file upload" field for recipients to upload a file.

I am trying to find out how I can include a file that the recipients need to review before submitting the form? Is there a way to do that? We have a terms & agreements contract that we want to include.

If there is no way to add the file, is there a way to create a link to lead them to our contract?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your file is a PDF, use the PDF Embedder widget to embed it. This allows you to display the PDF in the form, but there is no option to force the form filler to review the file before submitting the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, enter PDF Embedder in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
3. Then, click Upload File to upload your PDF.

If the file is an image, you can alternatively use the form's Image element to display the image. Let me alk you through it:

1. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Image field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Click Choose a File, then Upload File to upload your image.

It's also possible to direct them to a link. We only need to use the paragraph element and hyperlink it. 

1. Select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
2. In the Form Elements pane on the left, select Paragraph.
3. Click Edit Text.
4. Type a text then click the Insert or Edit Link icon.
5. Insert the URL in the URL textbox and click OK.
