Hi tthouseofvetiver,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to changing the title of the form that appears in the tab of the browser, you can update it from the Form Settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
- Then, click on Show More Options.
- Next, scroll over to the bottom of the page, and update the Page Title.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi, no that's not the issue, the issue is when the form link is copied and pasted anywhere else, for e.g. to our Link tree or in another document the, hyperlink automatically changes the name to another form. But when I've checked the titles here the way you mentioned above, it is all correctly labeled.

Hi tthouseofvetiver,
I checked your HOV Order Form, and it appears that the Page Title has not been updated. You can update it using the instructions that were provided by my colleague. The Form Name and Page Title are different, so make sure you select Show More Options and scroll down.
We also have a guide about How to Change the Page Title of Your Form that you can check out.Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
