A creative agency developed our company website and used a Jotform for the ' send us a question' part of the website. We don't have any contact with this agency anymore and would like to re-gain the access of the Jotform account to modify some things. Is it possible?

    Hi Sophie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you provide us with the link to the website where the Jotform form is embedded?

Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi Sophie,

I saw that the form embedded in the website's Thank You Page is located under the account with the email address i**o@ag*****b.ca. If you are familiar with this email address, you can log in to the account, and you should be able to find this form 231936600186153.

But, if you are not familiar with the email address above, you can clone the form from your account and re-embed it to your website. This way, you will be able to have full control of the form. Let me show you How to Clone an Existing Form:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link (https://www.jotform.com/form/231936600186153) into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it will open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.

Once you are done updating the form, you can proceed to re-embedding the form. Let me show you How to Embed your Form:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    • Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
    • That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
