Hi there!
I currently have a Jotform account as a form user and would like to switch it to user. I am getting form submissions sent to me, but am unable to see them. Could this be because I am only a form user? Please let me know how I can update my plan to see them. I go to update my plan, but I don't have the option to. I've attached the form screen -

Hi Jade,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You need to have a Jotform Account to be able to use all the features of Jotform. Creating an account is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
- Open this link.
- In the top right corner click on Sign Up for Free.
- Select an option to proceed with sign up.
- Now just follow the instructions on the screen.
