Switch account from form user to starter package

    Hi there!

    I currently have a Jotform account as a form user and would like to switch it to user. I am getting form submissions sent to me, but am unable to see them. Could this be because I am only a form user? Please let me know how I can update my plan to see them. I go to update my plan, but I don't have the option to. I've attached the form screen

    Hi Jade,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You need to have a Jotform Account to be able to use all the features of Jotform. Creating an account is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Open this link.
    2. In the top right corner click on Sign Up for Free.
    3. Select an option to proceed with sign up.
    4. Now just follow the instructions on the screen.
