I sent a form but the recipients did not receive it

    I sent a submission twice to a couple, using both time different address and none of them received the form....?

    I sent this one : ''Demande d'information de nouveau projet - Résidentiel''

    Hi Sophie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support? Can you explain more about what happened? To my understanding, you sent your Demande d'information de nouveau projet - Résidentiel form to two email address, for them to fill out the form. Is that right? Can you tell us what method of sharing you did? Have you copied the form URL and sent it manually? Did you share it from the Publish section through Share On Email? Check out the screenshot below for reference:

    Can you send us the email address of the ones who have not received the form?

    I sent it to this email : p.stgelais@cstgelais.com. He said he didn't received it so I sent it to his wife : mariejosee.boivin2@gmail.com. And same, she didn't received it. I used the same way of sending it for both of them.

    Hi Sophie,

    I cloned the form and try sending an invitation using the method you've used, and wasn't able to replicate the issue. I received the invite on my personal email account. Check out the screenshot below:

    Can you try opening the form and sharing the form from there? You can follow the guidelines provided by my colleague for that. Make sure to ask the invitees to check all the active folders in their account (i.e., Spam/Junk, Archive, custom folders) as the email might be sent somewhere other than their Inbox. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
