How to edit form title when publishing

When I publish the form on Facebook it adds the original title. How do I edit the title

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you updated the form name, you also need to change the Page title. Currently, it is still set to CCSC 2021 Open Show Registration. It is easy to change the Page Title on your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down, enter the Page Title you want to use. and that’s it. You’re done.
