Good morning,
I'm writing to you because I can't open all the Jotform links sent to me.
For example, the following links do not work even though I deleted the cache and changed browsers:

Are you getting any kind of error when you try to open the links? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

I checked all your forms and all of them are working. Also, we did not receive your screenshot. Did you upload it following the guide, my colleague shared? Could you upload it again? Check this out:
Make sure you're uploading the correct file type(e.g. png, jpeg). If you're having trouble uploading an image, you can upload it to Google Drive or any similar Cloud Storage platform, and share with us the file link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Unfortunately, I couldn't see the screenshot you shared on my end. Can you try to send it again? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Based on the screenshot you provided, it appears that the problem lies with your Internet service provider. However, could you attempt to use the following URL instead and check if it functions correctly?

If the issue recurs, we'll conduct further investigation to understand what might be happening.

However, the problem persists for a long time with all jotform form links sent to me.

The links that Angelica sent are the form links you provided, which are working properly now. Can you please confirm if those links are already working properly on your end? If not, you can try to clear your browser cache and open it on another browser/device for checking again.
