I cannot access my account and I am not receiving a password reset mail either.
I use the email topia.dubai@gmail.com for the account but my recovery email is uaebusiness@topiawater.com

Hello Cavin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that the reset password link will be sent to the primary email address linked with your Jotform account whenever you request it.
In the meantime, I cleared your login attempt to the Jotform account linked with this email address, t**ia.d**ai@g**il.com. If you still have difficulty logging in, please proceed to reset your password. Let me show you how it's done:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. We also have a guide about How to Reset Your Jotform Password that you can check out.

THIS ISN'T WORKING.
PLEASE ASSIST WITH RESETTING MY PASSWORD OR ASSIST GIVING ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT

Hi Cavin,
I have sent a Password Reset email to the account's email address so you could change the password. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? Also, check if the password reset email is in the spam or junk folder.

The recovery email is supposed to be uaebusiness@topia.com but I haven't recieved it.

Hi Cavin,
As what my colleague Mary said, the Password Reset email was sent to the email address associated to the account, which is topia.dubai@gmail.com. Unfortunately, for security purposes, it is not possible to send the Password Reset email to a different email address. As a way of proof that you own the account, you need to access the reset password link to the email address associated with the account.
