I recently made changes to my form, but it's not updating on the live form

    I have recently updated the date on one of my forms from

    Sun 28th Dec 2:30pm to Sat 28th Dec 2:30pm

    The new date is not showing on the web form or the JF app. I believe your server currently has a caching issue that needs to be looked at. I am currently reassuring my clients that this issue will be attended to quickly.

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you give it another try to see if everything is working the way it should? If you're still having difficulties with this, Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.
