Best plan to add multiple notification and autoresponder emails

Whilst I have your attention - I need to add 2 more emails to the autoresponders and notifications ( for a total of 3 users to receive confirmation email when someone fills in a form) Which is the best plan for this?

Hi Juanita,

For any paid accounts, you can add multiple notification and autoresponder emails recipients. However, we recommend adding up to 10 recipients per template only.

Let me show you how to send notification to multiple recipients:

1. In the Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Emails from the left side window, and click on the Pencil icon of the Notification Email.
3. From the Recipients tab, add your recipients under the Recipient Email.
4. Click on the Save button once done.

For the Autoresponder Email, you can only have 1 email field per template, so you'll have to add multiple templates for this. Let's do this:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Click on Add Email.
3. Select Autoresponder Email, and from the Recipients tab, select your other Recipient Email field.
4. Click on the Save button.
