Hi,
we have made some changes and also added a condition to change an email recipient if a certain condition is met.
It appears we are now no longer getting notifications to WHS@laureate.net.au and Kelly.cairns@torrens.edu.au is not getting notifications when the condition is met.
For some reason, the only notifcaution is going to Paul.lopresto@torrens.edu.au which is not listed for notifications at all, but may be because the person reporting email is that one.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Both of your emails were on our bounce list, but I have removed them. Could you please test it again? Your email address may be added to our Bounce List for several reasons, including a non-existent or inactive email address, your mail server being unavailable, your email server rejecting emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox being full, or Jotform being on your blacklist. I suggest contacting your email provider to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. We also have a guide about How to Prevent Email Bouncing that you can check out.
Also, the email sent to Paul.lopresto@torrens.edu.au is the autoresponder email you have set up.

Thanks Sheena, we have retested and it appears that they are now working.

Hi Again,
Today we have seen the same issue occur and when I checked the Bounce list in settings, got the below message. I also note, there was no option for me to remove Kelly from the Bounce list as per the user guide.
I have asked our IT to check the Whitelist and ensure this is updated, but would ppreciate if Kelly could be removed from the Bounce list.
kelly.cairns@torrens.edu.au is in the bounce list
Reason(s) : bounced (host mx2.hc667-38.ap.iphmx.com[139.138.43.198] said: 554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to poor reputation of a domain used in message transfer (in reply to end of DATA command))
kelly.cairns@torrens.edu.au is not in the unsubscribe list

Hi Paul,
For security purposes, the Remove from Bounce List button only appears if the email entered matches the one associated with the account. Anyhow, I've gone ahead and removed kelly.cairns@torrens.edu.au from our Bounce List.
