Guest account: Unable to Login to my account/reset my password

    Hi, I forgot my password and have reset it twice but when I try to login it tell me that my username or password are incorrect. Can you please help.

    here is the message I get: Login failed - The username or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again.

    Hello Juanita,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to an account linked to your email address da**y@a*o.o*g.au?

    If so, we noticed that this account is currently active as a Guest account. The reason why you can't log in or reset your password is that we only offer a one-time login feature to Guest account users. You may sign up using the same email or can you share the email address if you're referring to another account?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Thank you for your speedy reply.

    I worked out that I was using the wrong email and now I can login to the account.

    Whilst I have your attention - I need to add 2 more emails to the autoresponders and notifications ( for a total of 3 users to receive confirmation email when someone fills in a form) Which is the best plan for this?
