Customised form

Hi

I want to create a form with conditions on the products.
For example: I have 2 version, one is digital copy and other one is hard copy. If user select hard copy > shipping option is shown with other add on product, and if user select soft copy > apart from shipping rest of the products are shown.

Is it possible with jot form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is possible by separating a product that is for hard copy and the other one for softcopy. And for the hard copy, you can just enable the Shipping Fee in your product list widget. Here's how:

1. Edit your form and open your Product List Settings
2. Go to the Shipping tab
3. Switch the Enable Shipping to Yes
4. Select the products where it will apply and how much
   
   

As for the shipping options, you can just use the conditions for this. Here's how:

1. Edit your form and go to Settings
2. On the left panel select Conditions
3. Choose Show/Hide Field condition
4. Create a condition that If the product element selected is any of the products that has shipping, then show your billing address fields
5. Finally, save your condition
