Hi Team,
I am getting this message that the form is disabled, but we have removed a large chunk of the data (submissions) in the last 15-20 days. Can you please recalculate this and update our current data storage numbers.
We have deleted content worth 2-3GB already.

Hi Kawatra,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and you have 11.88 GB of your File Upload Storage Space. The Bronze plan can only receive up to 10 GB.
If you are deleting submissions with attachment files, please make sure that you are also removing the submission in the Trash Section page. You can find it in the Jotform Tables where you deleted the submissions.
- Go to your Jotform Tables page.
- Click the 3 vertical dot.
- Select the Trashed Entries.
- Select the deleted submissions and click the Delete Forever button. Please remember that we cannot recover deleted submissions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Team,
Thanks- we have done this. However, when a person is opening the form (view mode) - it is still showing "You've run out of upload quota".Our admin login is not showing any issue, but the form - when someone is opening to view + fill is giving this error. Can you refresh the account / form maybe?
Our account is showing fine

Hi Kawatra,
Thanks for getting back to us. I've verified that you're only using 6 GB out of your 10 GB upload space limit now. I've cleared the cache of your forms, and it's now opening properly. Check out the screencast below for my result:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
