My encrypted code does not work

    I wrote my encrypted code correctly. Now that the survey is completed, the code no longer works. The encryption was set accidentally. I cannot lose the survey. See if Tech support can do something.

    Why is not working now?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  If I understood what you’re asking, you lost the access code to your encrypted forms. Unfortunately, once the access code is lost, the encrypted submission data is forever lost and it is not possible to retrieve it.
