Not receiving email submissions

    Hi,

    My clients have been completing and submitting forms. However, I’m not receiving any submitted forms. I’ve even tested the forms by sending them to myself and that works.

    How can this issue be resolved?

    Hi Ruqayyah,

    Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. As I checked, the form you provided doesn't have any submissions yet. I also checked your account and see that none of your forms have submissions.

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
