How do I create a landing page which will route customers to a specific group order form via a special code?

We will provide all organizations with a unique code to provide to customers. Customers will be able to use that code to access our group order form for that specific organization.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can create a form that will redirect the user to different forms based on the code provided. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. Add a short text field for the code. You can also customize the submit button text.
   
2. Go to the Settings tab and click on Conditions from the left panel.
3. Click on Add Condition button and choose Change Thank You Page.
4. Set up the condition similar to the example below and click Save.

You must create multiple forms and insert the Form URL in the condition above. We also have a guide on How to Change the Thank You Page URL Conditionally.
