Form Error: You've run out of quota!

    We reached the limit, I deleted the submissions, and then also deleted the trash, then also cleared form cache via jotform settings. However, this message on the forms is still saying "You've run out of quota!"

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cleared your form's cache to refresh the data. Your account status and forms are back to normal now. Keep in mind, it is helpful to clear the form cache after deleting the submission data.
