Account: How to Cancel Subscription?

Dear Sir,

I would like to downgrade my account from a paid plan to free plan, however, after I go through all the downgrade procedures, it still showed the Account Type is BRONZE. Would you please help me to check if my account is free of charge and no more upcoming billing? Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system, and I saw that you have successfully canceled your account at the end of the term. This means that you will still have your Bronze subscription until July 10, 2024. After that, you will no longer be charged for the subscription, and your account will be back to the Starter plan.
