Visual Report: Show all written response

I read the instructions provided for how to display all responses while IN the Jotform report tool; however, when I download the report for sharing with others, some do not show. This is most evident when looking at how the responses appear when the report is downloaded in PDF format: only some of the responses are displayed. How can I expand the visual report to show all written responses in the downloadable version of the report?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When opening your Report Builder, you should have an option to stretch the written's response field to extend the column, such as the screenshot below:

However, there are time when your report's page may not accommodate the length of your written's response. In this situation, we suggest downloading your form's submission as Excel. This will allow you to export all your submission's data, then you can consider using third-party presentation software to display all the written answers.

It's easy to download your form's submission as Excel, let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click Download All at the top-right of your page.
2. Select Download as Excel, and the download prompt will appear.
