Hi
I canceled some months ago my payment plan and now I cannot find my invoices anymore.
Where could I get them back?

Hello Guillerminaitzeldegracia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to know where you can access your invoice. It’s very easy. Let me show you where to find it:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
We also have a guide about How to Check Invoices that you can check out.

I followed you instructions, but no invoices appear.

You are currently on the Usage page. Please go to your account's Billing page "Mejorar".
