I deleted a submission to cancel the appointment but it’s still showing that that time slot is booked. August 4th at 1pm should be available

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and see that you have deleted and purged your submission but it still shows the August 4th, 2024 1:00 PM slot still being taken. Here's what I see:
I cleared your form caches and it fixed the issue. Take a look at the screenshot below:
