Adding two signatures in one form

so in los Angeles I have to have two parties sign the business contract to be binding but on jot form I dont see a way to specifically assign one section to the customer and one to the representative. when I send the form to two people they both have to fill out a blank form which is not legally binding.

Having sign two parties in one form is easy. First, you need to convert your form into PDF file and then use the Jotform Sign to create a form that will take two signatures in different parties. It's easy, let me show you how:

First, let's convert your form into PDF file:

1. On the Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.

2. Click on PDF on the left side of the page and click on the Download to redirect to the PDF editor.

3. And on the right side of white navigation bar, click on Download to download the PDF file of the form.

Second, let's set up your PDF file in the Jotform Sign Builder:

1. Click the Create Form button on your My Forms page. 

2. Choose Create Signable Document and then Upload Document.

3. Now, upload your PDF file and click on Create Signable Document.

4. In the Sign Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.

5. Add search for Signature, and drag and drop it in the form.

6. Hover over the Signature field, and click the Person icon.

7. Click Add New Role, to add another person who can sign.

Now you can have two signatures in one form.
