    We are looking to create online forms with electronic signatures that convert to a pdf once submitted. These forms change from time to time and will need to be updated easily

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can include an electronic signature to your form using any of our signature widgets. How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form. Let me show you how to do it:
    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element.
    2. Click the Widget tab and search the Signature and drag it to your Form.

    Hi Julie,

     You can attach a PDF to each of your submissions. It's really easy, let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the menu on the top-left side of the page and open PDF Editor.
    • This will automatically prompt you to the PDF Editor where the fields will be automatically created by default depending on your Form Builder.

    If you'd like, you can also customize the PDF Document depending on your liking and that's it!

    Lastly, include the PDF Document that you've recently created in your Notification Settings.

    • In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    • Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
    • Under the Advanced tab, toggle PDF Attachment to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
    • Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.

    Now, every time your users submit your form. It will include the PDF Document as an attachment to the Notification email.
