I am unable to download my "Signbuilder' signable form as a PDF so I can print off for employees for their copy without signatures. How can I do this?

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you want to download the clean version of your Signable Document? If yes, I will show you how to do it:
1. In Sign Builder, in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click the + Send Document to Sign and assign the document to be signed to your own email address to not send the documents to be signed to other people then click the Send to Sign button.3. Go to your Sign Inbox and select the document that will be signed then click Cancel Document.
4. You can now download the Signable Document as a PDF by clicking the Download Signed Document. Check out the screencast below for the result:
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

That worked for sure! Is there anyway to download this potentially as a fillable pdf? So I can send it to people who do not want to use Jotform - or who only have access to email?
ThanksElizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,
Currently, you can only download completed or signed documents as PDF, but not as a fillable PDF. You can consider creating a standard form and convert it into a fillable PDF before downloading it. Let me show you how to do that.
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form in the top left corner.
- Select Start From Scratch
- Select Classic Form
- Click on Add Form Elements to add your question fields.
- Once you finish building your form, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of your form.
- Select PDF from the left tab menu.
- Click on the Download button.
- It will route you to the PDF Editor in preview mode.
- Click on the Download button in the top right corner to download the PDF.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
