When our customers fill out the form it is sending them to "sign the document" more than once before it will send their Thank you Response and email. I cannot find a duplicate in there and trying to figure out how to fix it so once they sign the document they immediately get the Thank You page.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I did not encounter a simulation where the Preview Sign Document popup window appeared more than once. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, you can clear browser caches or try to fill out the form on another browser. If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

of what happens when I do it. I have had about 10 customers this week try
this from their homes when we pick up stuff they are donating and they
complain they aren't getting their receipt. I told our guys to make sure
they keep hitting the sign document until they get the thank you notice. I
cleared my cache on my phone and you can see what is happening when I do
it.

You can see when I sign the form and then it says sign the document. I
click it once and then have to click it again. then it waits a few seconds
before it sends to the thank you page. I will try it at home again tonight

Unfortunately, attachments sent via email don't reach our Support Forum. As it's a video, I suggest uploading it to any cloud storage such as Google Drive and share the link here to we can view it. Alternatively, as we're unable to replicate the issue on a cloned form, you can authorize us to test submit directly on your form to check further.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you more with this.
