Account: Deleted some submissions with file uploads, but the upload space limit is still not updating.

I was told by Jotform when we starting using this that we could delete documents that are uploaded to free up the total upload space used.

HELP.

We are deleting submissions but the documents percentage isnt going down. We are a non profit and can not afford to get a paid version.

Hi Kathy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked our system, I saw that the Upload Space is not updated, so I recalculated it and cleared your form's cache, and it is now showing the updated limit, which is 9.59MB out of the 100MB limit.
